Our Mat Program Consists of:

- Two days of workshops (14 contact hours)

- 20 Hours of internship

-10 Hours of self practice (Attending Mat classes)

-5 Hours of assisted teaching 

-5 hours supervised teaching

After completion of workshops and hours Participants will need to pass both a written and practical test to receive a Pilates Mat Diploma
